Management & Sales Position
You may be eligible to benefit from a six figure annual income with the freedom to take time off at your leisure. We are looking for Turn Key Wellness Center Representatives in key municipal areas across the country. You will help place wellness centers in existing businesses and thereafter partner with their owners and management by training, coaching and directing their facilities to help them consistently achieve higher levels of profit. You would also help them by tracking daily, weekly and monthly production of each facility.
This position will allow you to work your own hours and is designed to help you transition from your current profession into a consistent monthly residual-type income. It is largely up to your skills and commitment level to help each location reach its highest monthly production.
Earn income through profit sharing as you help each facility attain consistent profitability. Simply put, you make money when they make money. This win-win environment can produce an average monthly income between $200 and $600 per location. Up to 40 locations can be managed per representative, making possible a significant annual income. Your main responsibility will be to help manage each location to further their profitability.
Experience is always a benefit. Good communication is a must.
Additional responsibilities are as follows:
- Find new locations for Turn Key Wellness Centers
- Help increase production of each location
- Help each location with training of staff for verbal, behavioral and communication techniques
- Communicate with each location as often as needed, this is usually bi-weekly
- Help establish internal and external marketing
- Train staff on equipment, services, products, processes and procedures
- Provide administrative support to facilities under the direction of Turn Key Wellness Centers
- Direct and track internal marketing campaigns for your locations
- Direct external marketing campaigns for your area
- Assist in training of maintenance and operation of each piece of Turn Key Wellness Center equipment
