Orders

Many of our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer.  Please place orders from one manufacturer at a time in order to expedite processing.

Shipping

Most orders will be processed within 24 hours.  Orders will be shipped ground service by commercial carrier or USPS.  All shipping rates are fixed.  No expedited shipping is offered.  Orders generally will be received within 3 to 5 business days after processing.

Professional Botanicals:  Flat rate of $9.99 per order for orders under $100. Flat rate of 7.99 per order for orders from $100 - $399.99 Free shipping for orders $400 and over per order.
All Other Vendors:  Shipping is included in all equipment pricing.  Various other flat shipping rates apply to other TURN KEY Wellness Centers’ products and supplies as shown in the shopping cart.

Cancellations, Refunds, and Returns

We are unable to cancel shipment for any orders as they are processed rapidly for faster shipping.  Nutritional products can not be returned.  Please refer to your member agreement for more information regarding equipment policies.  Refunds and /or returns must be pre-approved by TURN KEY Wellness Centers.  Remember that many of our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer.  Please contact TURN KEY Wellness Centers immediately if you are notified of a backorder or experience any damage shipments.
